IN THE EVENT OF ANY MATCHES RESULTING IN A DRAW, EXTRA TIME OF 10 MINUTES EACH WAY SHALL BE PLAYED, SHOULD THE SCORE BE EQUAL AT THE END OF THIS PERIOD OF EXTRA TIME, THE TIE WILL BE DECIDED BY THE TAKING OF KICKS FROM THE PENALTY MARK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS APPROVED BY THE INTERNATIONAL FA BOARD

VENUE FOR MATCHES – In the event of the draw stating NO REGISTERED GROUND or if a clubs registered ground is not available on the day it shall be the responsibility of the home team to forward details of their venue by SPECIAL DELIVERY to their opponents and the Irish Football Association not later than Friday, 13 January 2012.
NUMBER OF SUBSTITUTES – All clubs are reminded that a club may, at its discretion, use three substitute players at any time in any tie except to replace players who have been expelled by the referee.
The substitution can only be made when play is stopped for any reason and the referee has given permission. Only three substitutions by each side will be permitted in any time and a maximum of five substitute players may be nominated prior to the commencement of the tie.
REFEREES FEE & EXPENSES – £35 plus 30p per mile.
CLASH OF COLOURS – In the event of a clash of colours – HOME team to change.
NOTIFICATION OF RESULT – Home teams are requested to TEXT their match result to 07925 722877 after the match to enable our website manager to update www.irishfa.com
